This Role Specific Addendum for Product Reviewer is an addendum to that certain Master Network Member Agreement between the parties.
WHEREAS, the Company desires to engage Associate Clinical Director to perform the services described in the Master Network Member Agreement and herein;
NOW, WHEREFORE, in consideration of the promises, covenants and obligations set forth in the Master Network Member Agreement and below, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:
Services. In addition to those services agreed to in the Master Network Member Agreement and the Reviewer and Auditor Addenda, during the Term of the Master Network Member Agreement and while performing assignments specific to the role of, the Associate Clinical Director, the ACD agrees to:
a) Complete the requisite Associate Clinical Director training program prior to providing Services, and complete all subsequent training updates;
b) Review and analyze Client Content and perform other professional services to and for the Company and for the clients, customers and strategic partners thereof.
c) Compile results of reviews into a draft report upon receipt of completed evaluations or agreed upon deadline;
d) Consider the composite evaluation and formulate meaningful comments and suggested modifications that are congruent with the regulatory guidance and standards against which the content/activity is being evaluated;
e) Perform research as necessary to complete the form;
f) Request clarification of completed evaluations, comments and/or suggested modifications (if needed) in a timely manner;
g) Respond to requests for clarification or additional information in a timely manner.
h) Ensure comments and suggested modifications are grammatically correct prior to submission.
i) Review the final report prior to submission to client; and
j) Complete Company’s process in a timely manner to ensure that Company can deliver the report to client by the agreed due date and time.
THE ASSOCIATE CLINICAL DIRECTOR ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HE OR SHE HAS NOT BEEN PROMISED ANY LEVEL OR AMOUNT OF WORK OR FEES HEREUNDER.
This Addendum supplements but does not supersede the Network Member Agreement between the parties.
